These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wrestling Tycoon mobile application ("App") provided by Hall Web SEO ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 13 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • Agree to comply with these Terms

2. Account and Authentication

The App requires sign-in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes subject to these Terms.

4. Game Content

Wrestling Tycoon is an idle/tycoon wrestling management game. All virtual items, wrestlers, currency, and progress exist only within the game and have no real-world value. We reserve the right to modify game mechanics, balance, and content at any time.

5. Fictional Content

All wrestlers, characters, events, and storylines in the App are entirely fictional. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, or actual events is purely coincidental.

6. Online Multiplayer (PvP)

The App includes online player-versus-player (PvP) features. When using online multiplayer, you agree to:

  • Play fairly and not use exploits, hacks, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage
  • Not intentionally disconnect or abandon matches to avoid losses
  • Not use offensive or inappropriate promotion names
  • Accept that your display name, ELO rating, and online status are visible to other players

We are not responsible for the behavior of other players during online matches. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules.

7. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
  • Attempt to manipulate game data, progress, or online match results
  • Sell or transfer your account or in-game items
  • Interfere with or disrupt the online multiplayer service
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

8. In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable (except as required by law)
  • Virtual items have no real-world value
  • Purchases are processed by Google Play
  • Refund requests are subject to Google Play's policies

9. Advertising

The App contains advertisements. By using the App, you agree to view these advertisements as part of the service. You may have the option to watch ads for in-game rewards.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF GAME PROGRESS, DATA, VIRTUAL ITEMS, OR ELO RANKING CHANGES RESULTING FROM ONLINE MATCHES.

12. Game Progress and Cloud Saves

Game progress is stored locally on your device and synced to the cloud via your Google account. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain cloud save reliability, we are not responsible for lost progress due to device changes, app uninstallation, service outages, or technical issues.

13. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. To request deletion, visit our Account Deletion Request page. Deleting your account does not entitle you to refunds for in-app purchases.

14. Updates and Changes

We may update the App, modify game features, adjust online multiplayer balance, or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms, including misuse of online multiplayer features. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States.
