This Privacy Policy describes how Hall Web SEO ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Wrestling Tycoon mobile application ("App").

Information We Collect

Account Information

The App requires sign-in with Google. When you sign in, we collect:

  • Google profile information: Your name, email address, and profile photo
  • Firebase Authentication ID: A unique identifier for your account

Game Data

Your game progress is stored both locally on your device and in the cloud via Firebase. This includes:

  • Game progress, achievements, and promotion data
  • Wrestler roster and stats
  • Virtual currency and items
  • In-game settings and preferences

Global Leaderboard and Activity Feed Data

When cloud saving is enabled, your in-game progress is used to populate publicly visible community features:

  • Global Leaderboard: Your promotion name, fan count, arena name, roster size, total shows run, show name, promotion motto, and championship holders are displayed on the global leaderboard visible to all players.
  • Smark Wire Activity Feed: Noteworthy in-game events — such as reaching fan milestones, upgrading your arena, championship title changes, signing high-profile wrestlers, show milestones, and leaderboard ranking changes — are automatically published as news-style headlines visible to all players. These headlines include your promotion name and relevant game details (e.g., wrestler names, championship names).
  • Saturday Night Wars: If you enter the weekly Saturday Night Wars competition, your promotion name, show name, and show results may be displayed to other players.

These community features display only in-game data. No personally identifiable information (real name, email address, etc.) is ever included in publicly visible content.

Online Multiplayer (PvP) Data

When you use the online PvP feature, we collect and store:

  • Display name: Your promotion name, visible to other players in the PvP lobby
  • PvP profile: Your ELO rating, win/loss record, and tier ranking
  • Match data: Move selections, match results, and gameplay actions during online matches
  • Online status: Whether you are currently online and available for matches

Your display name, ELO rating, and online status are visible to other players in the PvP lobby.

Automatically Collected Information

We may collect certain information automatically, including:

  • Device type and model
  • Operating system version
  • App usage statistics
  • Crash reports and diagnostics

Advertising

This App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to provide personalized advertising. This may include:

  • Device identifiers
  • IP address
  • Usage data

You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings or through Google's ad settings.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the App
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Save and sync your game progress across devices

Data Storage and Security

Your game data is stored locally on your device and synced to the cloud using Google Firebase (Firestore and Realtime Database). Online PvP match data is stored in Firebase Realtime Database. Leaderboard data and activity feed events are stored in Firebase Firestore. Activity feed events are automatically deleted after 7 days. All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.

Data Shared with Other Users

The following information is visible to other players:

  • Leaderboard: Your promotion name, fan count, arena, roster size, show name, motto, and championship holders
  • Activity Feed: Automated news headlines about your in-game milestones, title changes, signings, and ranking changes (promotion name and game details only)
  • Saturday Night Wars: Your promotion name, show name, and competition results
  • PvP: Your promotion name, ELO rating, tier, online status, and wrestler selections during matches

Your email address, real name, Google profile photo, and account credentials are never shared with other players. All publicly visible data consists solely of in-game information.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

  • Google Sign-In: For account authentication
  • Google Firebase: For cloud data storage, authentication, and real-time multiplayer
  • Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements
  • Google Analytics for Firebase: For app analytics

These services have their own privacy policies governing data collection and use.

In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases. These transactions are processed by the Google Play Store, and we do not collect or store your payment information.

Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data. Upon deletion, we permanently remove your Firebase authentication account, cloud save data, PvP profile, ELO rating, and match history from our servers. Local data on your device can be removed by uninstalling the App or clearing its data.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data
  • Delete your locally stored data by clearing App data or uninstalling

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
