📋 How to Use This Template in Microsoft Word

To Download and Edit:

• Save this file to your computer
• Open with Microsoft Word (right-click → Open With → Word)
• Click File → Save As → Choose "Word Document (.docx)"

To Customize:

• Edit Text: Click directly on any text (like [Company Name] or [Name]) and type your information
• Change Colors: Click on a box, then use Format → Shape Fill to change colors
• Add Positions: Copy and paste boxes (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V) to add more positions
• Remove Positions: Click on a box and press Delete
• Adjust Layout: Click on the table and drag borders to resize columns
• Change Fonts: Select text and use the Font menu to change style and size

💡 Tips:

• Use landscape orientation for better viewing: Layout → Orientation → Landscape
• This template works in Word 2010 and newer versions
