These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CabinetBoss mobile application ("App") provided by Hall Web SEO ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • Are using the App for legitimate business purposes
  • Agree to comply with these Terms

2. Description of Service

CabinetBoss is a cabinet quotation and job management application for professionals. Features include:

  • Quote generation and management
  • Job tracking and organization
  • Customer management
  • Contract creation with digital signatures
  • Payment processing (via Stripe integration)
  • Cloud sync (Pro subscription)

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Version

The free version includes limited job storage and basic features.

Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription provides:

  • Unlimited job storage
  • Cloud sync across devices
  • Additional features as available

Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed through Google Play
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Prices may change with notice
  • Refunds are subject to Google Play's policies

5. Stripe Integration

If you connect Stripe for payment processing:

  • You must comply with Stripe's terms of service
  • You are responsible for your Stripe account
  • A 1.5% platform fee applies to transactions processed through CabinetBoss
  • Standard Stripe fees (2.9% + $0.30) also apply
  • You are responsible for tax compliance and reporting

6. Your Data and Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App, including customer information, quotes, and job details.

License to Us

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the App's services.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Accuracy of data you enter
  • Obtaining consent from your customers to store their information
  • Compliance with applicable privacy laws
  • Backing up important data

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal purposes
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App
  • Use the App to defraud customers
  • Misrepresent your business or services

8. Quotes and Contracts

CabinetBoss provides tools to create quotes and contracts. You acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for the content of your quotes and contracts
  • We are not a party to any agreement between you and your customers
  • Digital signatures are binding according to applicable law
  • You should consult legal counsel for contract compliance

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OF CALCULATIONS
  • UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or business information
  • Errors in quotes or calculations
  • Disputes between you and your customers
  • Payment processing issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hall Web SEO from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your quotes, contracts, or business practices
  • Disputes with your customers
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Data Backup

While we strive to maintain reliable service:

  • You are responsible for backing up your data
  • We are not liable for data loss
  • Cloud sync is provided as-is without guaranteed uptime

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For fraudulent or illegal activity
  • At our discretion with reasonable notice

Upon termination:

  • Your license to use the App ends immediately
  • You may export your data before termination if possible
  • We may delete your cloud data after a reasonable period

14. Updates and Changes

We may:

  • Update the App to improve functionality
  • Modify features with notice
  • Change these Terms with notice

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation
  2. Mediation if negotiation fails
  3. Binding arbitration or litigation in Oklahoma courts

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hall Web SEO regarding the App.
