How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Cabinet Guild Master account and all associated data directly within the app. This is the fastest and easiest method.

In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open Cabinet Guild Master
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  3. Scroll down to the Account section
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm your decision when prompted

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

  • Cloud Game Progress: Your saved game state stored in the cloud
  • Leaderboard Entries: Your all-time and weekly leaderboard rankings
  • Account Information: Your Firebase authentication account

Data Retained Locally

Local data stored on your device (such as offline game progress) is not automatically deleted. To remove this data:

  • Uninstall the app, or
  • Clear the app's data in your device settings

Request Deletion via Email

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request account deletion by email:

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Subject line: "Cabinet Guild Master Account Deletion Request"
  • The email address associated with your Google account (if you signed in with Google)
  • Your in-game username (if known)

We will process your request within 7 business days and send confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Important Notes

  • This action is permanent. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
  • In-app purchases: Deleting your account does not automatically refund any purchases. Contact Google Play for refund requests.
  • Re-registration: You can create a new account after deletion, but your previous progress will not be restored.
